on both Monday's and Wednesday's at
Little Ninja classes are held
for children aged 5 to 10 years. The classes are run in a fun learning environment that helps promote a positive and
enjoyable experience that children will love! Building self confidence,
keeping fit and healthy as well as learning self discipline are Monday 18.00

Senior classes are held for anyone age 11+ men, women and juniors are all welcome. The classes are run in a relaxed and informative manner that keeps them both fun and enjoyable for everyone. The classes cater for all levels of fitness from the couch potato to the gym junkie. One thing is for sure you will get fit, tone up and increase your fitness level when training at The Edge Martial Arts Monday 18.30
